First Step

Let us know if you'd like to meet our team online.

Let us know if you'd like to go ahead and set up with Contract Shipper. 

Either way works for us. We'd love to meet you, but we understand how busy you are. Time is precious, we understand.

Second Step

Decide to contract us to do your shipping fulfillment. Great!

What we need from you:

1) A signed contract between you and Contract Shipper. This protects you, and us.

2) An email address. With this email address you'll be sending us your orders that your customers have placed with you. We'll be sending the shipping labels back to this email. We'll also be sending, if agreed upon, tracking info, customer issues, carrier issues, carrier billing, and monthly shipping and logistics advice. (We keep everything strictly confidential.)

3) Your preferred shipping carrier and login details. (Again, we keep everything strictly confidential.) We will be producing your shipping labels on your carrier account. Why? We believe that you should have a relationship with your preferred carrier because, as you ship more, you'll be in a better position to negotiate better shipping rates. And should you ever decide to handle all your shipping needs in-house, you will have your relationship with your carrier still intact.

Third Step

We're off to the races! Each day, monitor your sales channels. When you receive an order, email it to us. Within a very timely manner you'll receive your shipping labels.

Third / Half Step :)

Contract Shipper is doing far more than just creating shipping labels. We're also adding products, dimensions, and customer details to your shipping carrier profile. In the long run, The process is becoming faster, more efficient, and better for your business.

Fourth Step - And This One Is Up To You

1) We'll continue to track each and every shipment.

If issues do arise, and it happens, we're doing everything within our power, working along with the carrier, providing whatever paperwork / information that is needed to ensure that your customers are the happiest customers.

2) We'll be monitoring your carrier for bills. When they come, you'll be the first to know. Don't miss a payment again. 

3) We'll be monitoring for any hiccups along the way. From point-of-sale until "delivery", we're monitoring. And at the end of the month, we'll provide shipping tips, advice that will help streamline your business.

Fifth Step

We'll send you an invoice as agreed upon as per contract.

This isn't going to hurt at all.
